I am not a big fan of coffee. But once a while I would like to have a cup of it. Flora and I used to hang around the coffee shops a lot. It is because they are the best place to sit down and chat with your friends for hours...

A day off

I took a day off today and went to Eunice's preschool summer picnic party... The weather was so nice... Sunny blue sky and kids were everywhere. They were running, shouting, laughing, playing and ... It seemed that they were having lots of fun. After the afternoon nap, we went out for dinner. As I shared before, we would like to try some new places...so we went to IHOP. Yes,...to have a "breakfast" dinner. The pancakes and omelets can really fill you up quickly. What a relaxing day off. I need more... So...I cannot wait for the next trip to Seattle in August!!

父親節的禮物

今年的父親節是有點兒不同，因為孝詩送了兩份禮物給我。對啊！是兩份。一份是她在preshcool裏畫給我的咭，也蠻不錯的。在晚上睡覺時，孝詩仲同Flora說：「媽媽呵，今日爸爸收到張咭時笑，佢好開心啊！」第二份禮物是一支cross牌子的筆。不是孝詩買來的，但卻是孝詩送。原因便是shopping 在Safeway。那天在Safeway 購物完，便得到一張類似Bingo 的遊戲咭。孝詩說給她開好不好。當她開到最後一格時，便得到三個同一圖樣的筆。因此今年父親節便多了一份驚喜的小禮物了。

失落了的...

在張可頤的一篇網誌上，她問道世上最美麗的東西是什麼？最動人的表情是什麼？最棒的禮物是什麼？就是一抹真誠的微笑。
現今「忙碌」的我們，很多時已經忘記了這美麗而單純的微笑。取而代之的便是一張煩躁、不滿的嘴臉。然而微笑帶來的果效，更是我們沒法去量度的。難怪曾有人這樣說「A little SMILE can touch lot of hearts」。所以...下次當你唔知用什麼表情去面對身邊的人時，倒不如考慮一吓...微笑啦！

後記:如下次與我碰面時，你看不到我的微笑，請你用你的來提醒我好嗎! =)

誰是敵人...？

我們每每在遇到困難，犯錯或犯罪之時，都會在想究竟是在哪裡出了問題？一般人的答案往往都是這樣：「應該唔係我的問題掛？一定是那個可惡撒旦在攪鬼，是它衰。」其實...有時答案就係好簡單。如我地能夠坦白一些，又勇敢一些，站在一面鏡子的前面看，這個答案並不困難地找得出來。難怪保羅也曾經這樣說：「我是攻克己身，叫身服我。」
