Day 3 Saskatchewan -Saskatoon

Saskatchewan Berry

Day 3 morning

PCS Lab

The Hilton Garden Inn that I stay

The sky was not clear when I was driving to University of Saskatchewan this morning. Sun was blocked by the thick flog or smog.

After so many tests, we found the root of the problem. Thanks God.. Finally it is over and we can move on. However, I am half day behind my schedule. Have to catch up all the works tomorrow and wish for the best too. Hopefully tomorrow afternoon, I will not be so tired when I am going to drive to Regina.

After taking meal with my client, I just realize that Saskatchewan has its own berry. It is called Saskatchewan berry. They can be used to make pie, ice tea...etc. I tired the Saskatchewan berries today. They are sweet, more or less like blue berries. However, I do not like the berry ice tea, it tastes like medicine to me... yuk!

Tonight I had a dinner with my clients... It was a very nice restaurant and I had a steak and lobster...cheese cake for desert... I did not talk too much during the dinner since they were talking about golf, politic in here and their retirement plan investments.

Hi Wai,

I am not sure where can I buy some... May be local farmer market. But the lab that I worked (in U of S )for 2 days. It is surrounded by the Saskatchewan berry trees, grape trees, sour apple tress etc... We picked and ate berries after lunch
